Aero Elite Solutions was founded on a straightforward observation: aviation maintenance organizations were producing technically strong people and promoting them into leadership roles with no real preparation for what that meant. The result showed up everywhere in audit findings, in turnover, in decisions that stalled under pressure, and in succession gaps that didn’t surface until someone walked out the door.
We built Aero Elite Solutions to close that gap.
Our Foundation
Aero Elite Solutions brings together two things most workforce development consultancies can’t offer the aviation industry: deep partnership with Part 145 practitioners and rigorous organizational development and change methodology.
Our work is built on a foundation of direct partnership with people who have spent careers inside Part 145 operations practitioners with over 20 years of hands-on MRO experience whose operational knowledge shapes every framework, every scenario, and every engagement we deliver. That expertise, combined with proven organizational development and change methodology, is what makes our approach different from anything adapted from outside the industry.
Kathy Jo Slusher, founder of Aero Elite Solutions, brings more than two decades of organizational and workforce development experience including senior roles building and scaling leadership programs inside one of the most recognized MRO organizations in the industry combined with professional development and change methodology certification through iPEC, one of the most rigorous coaching and development certification programs available. Her work has secured over $1M in workforce training grants and influenced leadership strategy at the board level across multiple organizations.
Our consulting team brings the same standard certified development practitioners familiar with the aviation environment and subject matter experts who have spent careers inside Part 145 operations. We have the depth to scale with your organization’s needs.
